Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item does not meet these requirements, then it will be rejected by our returns team and returned to your address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning your item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If in the case that your kit arrives damaged by delivery services, please contact our support team for a replacement request to be placed. Damaged kits do not qualify for an order to be refunded, only if it is returned. If you would like to return your damaged kit for a refund, please contact our support team. Please note that you would be required to pay for return shipping, which is non-refundable.
A refund (full or partial) can only be issued if your item is returned. This policy is in place to ensure that customers' cannot order with the intent to request a refund, while keeping their item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Additionally, if for some reason you have not received your order after 75 days since it has been placed, then a refund can be issued if your address provided is correct, with no errors.
